Oswald builds a birdhouse so that the birds can keep warm. His friends tell him to decorate the birdhouse to make it more attractive, but the birds prefer his simple birdhouse.

Henry wakes up with a long feather sticking up from his head and is afraid of the barbers. Oswald persuades him to go and he discovers that getting a hair cut is no so bad.

Oswald and Weenie go to the pet shop and buy a tiny fish named Flippy. But Flippy starts growing too big, so they find her a home at the Big City Aquarium

Oswald and Weenie play in the leaves whilst Henry wants them cleaned up. Eventually Henry realises not everything can be tidy, and he joins in

Oswald, Weenie and Henry go on a picnic. Oswald invites more of his friends along, and it turns into a big happy party

Oswald makes a new best friend in Pongo, a Chinese dragon. Pongo is clumsy and decides he doesn’t belong, Oswald shows him he can always fit in

Oswald and friends race in the Big City Go-Kart Race, but Oswald misses the start. He soon catches up and they all cross the finishing line together and share the prize.
